Levin Marketing Solution a full-service marketing agency with over a decade of experience dedicated to helping local businesses thrive. When the COVID-19 pandemic forced one of our nonprofit clients to shift their traditional fundraising online, we realized there was literally no Maine-based platform approved for digital raffles.
So we partnered with the state, becoming the first provider in Maine to run compliant online raffles—ensuring our client could keep their critical programs funded.
Since then, Maine Online Raffles has helped dozens of nonprofits across the state raise vital funds, turning our agency’s marketing expertise into a purpose-driven mission for community impact.

December 2018 – Levin Marketing Solution Founded
Levin Marketing Solution launches as a full-service marketing agency dedicated to helping Maine businesses grow. From day one, our focus has been on delivering results-driven strategies that build strong community connections.
February 2023 – First State-Approved
After months of collaboration with state regulators, we become the first officially approved Payment Management System (PMS) in Maine. This milestone enables us to offer compliant online raffle solutions that give nonprofits a secure, state-sanctioned way to fundraise digitally.
October 2023 – Supported Lewiston Shooting Relief Raffle
We partner with our second nonprofit to run an emergency online raffle, raising critical funds for victims and families affected by the Lewiston shooting. This effort underscores our commitment to rapid-response fundraising during times of crisis.
March 2024 – Began Development of Platform 2.0
Recognizing the growing demand from nonprofits, we start designing and building our first major platform upgrade. Version 2.0 will feature enhanced location verification, smoother purchasing flows, and faster load times—addressing key pain points to make our system more reliable and user-friendly.
August 2024 – Launched Platform 2.0

December 2024 – Surpassed $500,000 Raised for Maine Nonprofits
Our platform crosses the $500,000 mark in total funds raised for local organizations. This achievement reflects the collective impact of dozens of successful fundraisers and underscores the trust Maine nonprofits place in our technology and support.
March 2025 – Legislative Testimony for Expanded PMS Access
Our founder testifies before the state committee, advocating to extend Payment Management System access beyond state-approved nonprofits. By sharing real-world data and success stories, we push for a law that would let any Maine nonprofit—or even businesses and individuals—partner with an approved PMS for online charitable raffles.
September 2025 – LD 863 Enacted into Law
LD 863 goes into effect, granting all nonprofits, businesses, and individuals the ability to use an approved Payment Management System for online charitable raffles. This landmark change fulfills our vision of democratizing digital fundraising and paves the way for a new era of community-driven giving across Maine.
